Barbara Brandel
Partner and Managing Director
Barbara has more than 25 years of experience as a strategic planner, policy/procedure developer, insurance/risk management advisor and trainer at the executive/owner level. Her extensive consulting experience includes clients both in the US and internationally. Barbara and her team’s work with C- Level clients and business owners in many diverse projects that have resulted in significant success across a range of industries, both for profit and non-profit and public and private.

Jonna Brandel
Partner and Director of Client Services
Jonna is responsible for all aspects of project management, gathering critical data and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders for The Brandel Group. Jonna has more than 15 years’ experience as a consultant in the Insurance industry as well as 9 years of experience as a HR Generalist. She has an extensive background in consulting at the C-level. Jonna holds a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from Rockhurst University.

Jeff Eaddy
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Jeff is an experienced risk management professional with over 15 years of risk analysis, insurance, and estate planning. Performed independent & collaborative assessment of risk for C-Level clients throughout many fields. Has an extensive background in new business development strategies, planning, and training.
